Who Are We?

In a Nutshell

We are Emissaries of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, dedicated to serving the Jewish Russian Community.

Our mission statement at the 'JRCC of Willowdale and the City' is to cater to all the Jewish needs of both the local community in Willowdale and across the southern, Eastern and Western sides of the City.

While working and focusing on building a local warm community in the Willowdale area, we strive to contact, engage and serve Russian Jews living Downtown, Etobicoke, Scarborough Etc. through holiday programs, Hebrew School and One-on-One interactions.
